We love to hear feedback from our customers. After your visit to Ricky Ratchets, you may receive a letter from us in the mail, thanking you for choosing us for your auto repair needs. You will also receive a feedback form, which you can send in if you choose to highlight anything you liked about your experience, or things we could improve on to make your experience better.
